Enterprise Sales Manager

Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Develops plans to ensure revenue growth and meet monthly and yearly sales target
- Identifies and analyzes customer preferences to properly direct sales efforts
- Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them
- Minimum Qualifications: Min S1 graduate from any major.
- Must have min 5 years of experience as Sales Manager in handling B2B sales
- Strong business sense and industry expertise (especially in BUMN, oil & gas, mining or financial industry/sector)
- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Willingness to travel
