**Job Summary**:
Manage Malvern Instruments account to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses/territories and overall business objectives especially to Pharma industry

**General Responsibilities**:

- To manage all accounts within Indonesia and ensure that Malvern Instruments is represented in all relevant purchase opportunities.
- To achieve annual sales targets for the territory.
- To accurately and consistently maintain records (in a timely fashion) for assigned opportunities, including forecast information.
- To develop and maintain a good level of product knowledge for the Malvern Instruments range and for competitive technologies.
- To organize demonstrations, attend seminars and exhibitions. To always promote the professional image of Malvern Instruments

**Functional Skills and Knowledge**:

- Educational background in Chemistry, or Physics.
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales engineer for laboratory instrumentation and consumable (reagent) products to Pharmaceutical Manufactures/ industry.
- Agility in solving customer's problems to grow the business.
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey technical information, deliver product presentations, and negotiate with customers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge in CRM system such as Salesforce is an advantage
