You become part of the Commercial Building Services segment. More specifically, you will join the Sales Development team. We are responsible for creating global strategic ambition, developing offerings, and leading business development initiatives to grow the Commercial Building Services business. We are also commercial experts in new offering launches and support our sales companies, when needed, to ensure successful Commercial Building Services sales. We are orchestrating the strategic journey in moving from pumps to solution selling and from creating value for customers mostly in the physical world to also creating significant value in the digital world.

You will team up with your colleagues across Southeast Asia primarily focusing on Commercial Building Services. You will be directly reporting to our Sales Development Manager under Commercial Building Services - Southeast Asia. The position is preferably based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

**What is the job about?**

As Senior Sales Development Specialist, you will act as the principal lead for Consultants and Developers for Grundfos Commercial Building Services business and ensure value delivery, realization, and overall customer success through active engagement with these accounts.

You will be responsible for the Consultants/Developers' lifecycle stage, Presales, and Post Sales and ensure long-term scalable business relationships are established.

**What to expect from the role?**
- Coordinate pre-sale service delivery with field operations sales and support and other competencies in the One office team, Project Sales hub, and Commercial Sales Team
- Proactively monitor customer engagement (via internal systems) and work with teams cross-departmentally to ensure an excellent customer experience
- Drive solutions with customer stakeholders and make solutions part of day-to-day business. Train and educate customers in fully adopting the solutions
- Monitor customer adoption and usage and act together with the rest of the success team and organization
- Cross-sell other solutions to meet customer needs
- Identify, design, and mobilize our organization in upselling current and future product offerings.
- Training, Support, and Knowledge Sharing:

- Coordinate training events/seminars with the Consultants and Developers
- Application understanding from a product perspective
- Marketing and Launch
- Support and collaborate on local marketing material
- Participate in local launch activities and marketing
- Conduct continuous regional market and competitor intelligence
- Collaborate on regional/local boost campaign
- Roadmap and New Product Input
- Drive New Product Development activities (e.g., as part of the Commercial Team)
- Lead collection/gathering of local needs and participate in performance unit-defined activities
- Capture regional market requirements and feedback to global Product Line Management

**What do you need to apply?**
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering combined with at least 5-8 years of relevant experience from a larger international company working in a similar role
- You have worked with customer insights and data collection and turned these into commercial offerings
- You have worked on a strategic level setting the direction for a business area but are also motivated by driving the actual execution of concrete new commercial offerings
- You have experience working in a sales development role
- International work experience, as well as experience in a global manufacturing environment, is preferred
- You communicate effortlessly in English
