Execute reseller acquisition program to reach more relevant Reseller partners of Everose
Assisting Reseller Partner to enhance the sell out performance by creating traffic, visibility, and end consumer promo strategy
Execute education and retention programs of Reseller.
Achieve the reseller sales target determined by the company
Being involved in monthly strategic plan with Sales and Business Development and Marketing Team
Create monthly reseller performance analysis (Partner's performance incl. sales & program effectiveness)
Manage day to day activities with Reseller Partner, such us communications, orders, complaints, etc.
Gathering feedback from the reseller and solve their issues
Min. 1 to 2 years of experience in reseller acquisition and management
Have a good network within the reseller industry (in the beauty industry would be plus value)
Proficiency in MIcrosoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
Good communication skills
Accurate, strong analytical skills and an eye for detail
Proactive, have a sense of responsibility, and can work independently;
Team player, motivated, flexible and open to change
Positive attitude
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
