Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Working closely with the key accounts in Modern Channel
- Develop monthly activities to meet sales, distribution, and merchandising targets (our share to cutsomer's turnover, listings, POS appearance)
- Development of the specific strategy (product range, price positioning, relationship marketing, promotions, in store services & merchandising, training of key account customer's staff0 for the supported KA - in strong coordination with Lead-KAM
- Develop cross-functional relationships at all levels of the customer (buying, marketing, operations. logistic, etc) to ensure consistent positive relationship
- Partly responsible for sales turnover, conditions
- Set up KAM database and update it on regular basis to ensure systematic management of Key Accounts

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as Key Account/Trade Marketing Executive in building materials industry or retailers
- Excellent communication in Bahasa and English
- Entrepreneurial mindset for example to offer improvement or solutions for internal and external stakeholder
- Strong analytical thinking and data-based approach
- willing to travel to visit customers & stores
- Have driving license (A)
- Can join as soon as possible
