Administration Support Coordinator

The Core Objectives:
1. Ensure efficient and accurate data reporting for insurance claims
2. Maintain effective communication with insurance partners
3. Monitor and ensure adherence to SLA claims
4. Monitor & compiling payment request from stakeholders
Essential Experience / Criteria:
1. Good in Gsheet or excel (vlook up, h look up, pivot)
2.Experience in insurance claims management > preferable
3. Proficiency in data management and reporting
Desirable Experience / Criteria:
1. Experience in using Zendesk & JIRA or similar customer service software > preferable
2. Knowledge of SLA monitoring and enforcement
3. Experience in conducting meetings and training sessions
