Administration Coordinator

**About the Role**
As Administration Coordinator, you will be responsible to manage the overall administrative support within the Corporate Affairs (CA) at Gojek. In this role, you will serve as a trusted point of contact to relevant internal and external stakeholders.
**What You Will Do**:
- Manage administration and logistics support for CA activities, including the sponsorship, media partnership, media subscription, media gifts, media monitoring, team bonding activities, and team training
- Manage the corporate merchandise for CA’s stakeholders, and ensure it’s aligned with the Corporate branding guidelines
- Support the department’s vendor management, in collaboration with internal stakeholders (e.g., sub-streams within CA, Finance, and Purchasing, Sourcing Team). This includes support in vendor onboarding, PR & PO Issuance, invoice, and payment handling according to procedure
- Monitor the inventory of Gojek CA assets
- Monitor and track the department’s budget
**What You Will Need**:
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Good command of English and Indonesian (both written & verbal) to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to use the must-have tools in administration assistance, e.g Microsoft Office, Google Workspace (Google Suit), and project management, e.g. Slack, Asana
- An independent thinker who has the ability to use skills or competencies to resolve issues/ problems.
- Ability to thrive within a dynamic, fast-paced environment and to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with mínimal supervision
- A highly organized “team player” attitude who proactively contribute ideas and collaborate effectively with various teams across the organization
