As an **Administrative Back Office Coordinator**, you will be an integral part of our administrative team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our back-office functions. You will collaborate with various departments and play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our administrative processes.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and organize office records, documents, and files, including Pajak Report.
- Assist in data entry and record-keeping tasks.
- Provide administrative support to different departments as needed.
- Coordinate internal and external communications.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations.
- Handle general office tasks and ensure office supplies are well-maintained.
- Support HR in employee record management.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven 1-2 years experience in administrative or back-office roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well both independently and in a team.
**What We Offer**:
- Salary IDR 6-7millions per month based on experience.
- Health Insurance after probation month.
