- S1 Business Administration (Marketing, Analytics, Media or Communications)
- Minimum 2 years experience in the same role
- Available full time for the period of the assignment
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Proficient in data analysis tools (Word, Excel, Slides, Docs, Sheets, other sales CRM tools)
- English writing skills should be proficient
- Passive English conversation can be considered
- Collate supporting documents (contracts, client PO, campaign proof, tax invoice) for soft and/or hard copy invoicing
- Sending the soft copy invoice including supporting documents to client
- Create Off-cycle billing request and coordination with billing team
- Reconcile the billing and ads delivery information
- Salesforce data clean up and re-categorization for account and opportunities
