**Responsibilities**:

- Manage schedules and appointments.
- Manage office supplies and equipment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in company databases (Through Google Drive).
- Prepare and maintain various office documents, including letters, reports, and presentations.
- Collect and organize information from project sites for reporting purposes.
- Assist with project coordination tasks as assigned.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including managing bills, expenses, and income.
- Prepare quotations and invoices.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Indonesian.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Google Drive and other cloud-based platforms.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
