**Job Description: Business Assistant**

Position: Business Assistant

Location: Berawa, Canggu

Employment Type: Full-time/Part-time

Department: Relevant Department

**Main Responsibilities**:
**1. Administrative Support**:

- Manage daily schedules and meetings for management.
- Prepare and distribute presentation materials, reports, and other essential documents.
- Handle correspondence and communication with internal and external parties.

**2. Project Management**:

- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring business projects.
- Collect and analyze data to support decision-making.
- Regularly report project progress to management.

**3. Team Coordination**:

- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Act as a liaison between management and other team members.
- Organize and facilitate team meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes.

**4. Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct market and competitor research to support business strategies.
- Analyze trends and provide recommendations to management.
- Gather client feedback to improve services.

**5. Resource Management**:

- Assist in managing budgets and purchasing for the department.
- Optimize the use of available resources for operational efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Work experience as a business assistant or in a related position is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other administrative software.
- Proactive attitude, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and in a team.
