A leading property investment and finance group based in Bali is looking for a highly skilled PMO (Project Management Office) & Finance Assistant to join their team immediately.

**Requirements**:

- Must be based in Bali.
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in a relevant field.
- Minimum two years of relevant experience, preferably in a startup or fast-paced industry.
- Strong ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines, ensuring effective facilitation in a dynamic and rapidly evolving organisation.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; additional language skills are a plus.
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving high standards.
- Excellent numerical aptitude with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
- Experience in supporting the management of various projects.
- Strong communication skills, with the confidence to engage with various stakeholders effectively.
- Highly detail-oriented, ensuring precision in all tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Experience in managing payments and invoices involving multiple transactions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the planning and execution of project activities, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and timelines.
- Collaborate with project managers to track progress, update schedules, and manage project documentation.
- Support the finance team in preparing and monitoring project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense claims, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial protocols.
- Collect and analyse project and financial data, preparing comprehensive reports for management review.
- Maintain organised records of all project-related financial transactions and documentation.
- Facilitate effective communication among project teams, finance departments, and other stakeholders to ensure project transparency and collaboration.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and project updates to relevant parties.
- Assist in coordinating project schedules and follow up on outstanding items with team members.
- Review project documentation and financial reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with organisational standards.
- Support team members in utilising project management and financial software tools effectively.
