Head of Finance

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Lead the finance & accounting team in performing daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and improve financial accuracy.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting, providing insights to support strategic planning.
- Collaborate with tax consultant to ensure compliance with tax regulations and manage tax filing processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline finance & accounting processes and improve financial performance.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance & accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA/CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Finance & Accounting Manager or in a similar role more than 5 years.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software XERO is a must.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Highly motivated to meet and exceed expectations.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
