**Requirements**:

- **Willing to relocate to Canggu, Bali**.
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Project Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of **5 years of experience** in impact strategy, plastic sourcing, or project management in **the recycling industry**.
- Proven success in managing environmental initiatives and achieving measurable results.
- Strong understanding of s**ustainability practices**, **CSR**, and **financial impact analysis**.
- Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and collaborating across all levels.
- Experience in content creation and social media management is a plus.
- Passion for environmental conservation, social responsibility, and driving positive change

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive impact strategy aligned with company mission.
- Collaborate with Production and Supply Chain teams to meet monthly impact commitments, ensuring consistent feedstock for production.
- Oversee the collection, sorting, and delivery of plastic waste from impact missions and recycling partners.
- Lead the planning and execution of environmental initiatives, including cleanups, reforestation, and recycling programs.
- Coordinate with partners, volunteers, and local communities to build an engaged and proactive impact team.
- Manage multiple global impact projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant execution.
- Oversee content creation for environmental initiatives in collaboration with the Head of Marketing.
- Actively share impact content across social media, newsletters, and blogs during and after activities.
- Engage customers through marketing campaigns and events, promoting sustainable practices.
- Develop educational initiatives to raise awareness about environmental issues addressed by company.
- Assist the Sustainability Consultant in enhancing the company’s sustainability practices, including circular economy models and sustainable sourcing.
- Track and report key metrics across all impact areas.
- Work with the finance team to assess the financial impact of initiatives, ensuring alignment with revenue goals.
- Monitor and report on the financial performance of impact projects.
- Develop strategies to achieve company 2030 goals, including planting 1M mangrove trees and organizing global cleanups.
- Establish partnerships to extend the global reach of company impact initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with local communities, NGOs, government agencies, and industry partners.
- Represent company at sustainability conferences, events, and forums.
- Implement KPIs to measure the success of sustainability initiatives and maintain the Impact Dashboard.
- Prepare regular reports for stakeholders, including the Annual Impact Report.

**Salary**: Rp. 20.000.000 / month
