A dynamic and fast growing property investment and finance group based in Bali is looking for a highly experienced Head of Finance & Strategy to join their team immediately.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent professional certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years in accounting or finance roles, with at least 5 years in a managerial position. Prior experience as a financial controller is essential.
- Familiarity with property development and financial services industries are a plus.
- Proficiency in financial management software and tools.
- Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations in Indonesia.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Developing and overseeing financial strategies and plans.
- Preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Provide strategic financial insights to guide business decisions and improve profitability.
- Creating detailed budgets and forecast financial trends that align with the company’s goals.
- Monitoring performance against the budget, analyse report variances and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
- Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Oversee the company’s cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity and operational efficiency.
- Identifying areas to reduce costs and risks.
- Managing working capital, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
- Establish and track performance goals for the finance team.
- Leading and developing the finance team, including accountants and analysts, to ensure the team meets the objectives.
- Working closely with other departments to align financial strategies with business operations.
- Supporting decision-making across departments by providing financial insights and advice.
- Any ad hoc tasks related to accounting and tax.
