Badung, Indonesia PT Dreamscape Villa & Property Management Full time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand construction design and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with the construction engineering team to adapt execution methods to field conditions.
- Lead and oversee on-site tasks to ensure they are completed within budget, on time, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop work programs, including weekly plans, to guide daily tasks of subordinate staff.
- Evaluate progress on-site and prepare reports for management based on field conditions and project advancements.

**Qualifications**:

- Indonesian nationality.
- In-depth knowledge of construction for villas and commercial projects.
- Expertise in planning, coordinating, directing, and controlling construction activities.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project supervision, preferably in civil engineering.
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Strong teamwork and leadership skills.
- Ability to prepare and present weekly reports.
- Live in Bali and work from our office in Dalung and project sites.
