**Human Resources Manager (12 months contract renewable)**

**The Manager will champion**:

- Manages human capital initiatives which support both the business plan and corporate HR strategy.
- Provides recommendations for human capital change initiatives and leads small change activities for specific client groups.
- Ensures the appropriate execution of actions resulting from organization re-design.
- Provide local business or country insights to inform CoEs or People Partners who may be developing strategic solutions to support workforce planning, succession, or performance management.
- Supports talent management programs including performance management, coaching, training, career development and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Provides guidance to leaders and drive colleague engagement and drives actions to improve this in collaboration with the business.
- Aligns with ER team to oversee all individual and collective employee relations issues to a successful conclusion with mínimal operational risk.
- Oversees research initiatives to ensure managers have market intelligence to inform critical decision-making
- Consults with People Partners and CoEs to determine best practices, continuously improving delivery methods, and especially taking into account regional or country-specific nuances to guide the delivery of local implementation

**What you need to have**:

- 7-10 years of HR Business Partnering experience
- Experienced in supporting managers with employee relations case management including investigations and administration of hearings
- Demonstrated ability to coach People Managers at most levels in the business effectively through all aspects of the employee life cycle including in more complex situations.
- Able to identify opportunities to make improvements to the service provided by People Services and demonstrates a willingness and aptitude to lead work to define and implement changes that will deliver a better service to People Managers.
