Our clients, a Japanese Company currently looking Assistant Manager of HR (Generalist) to be based in Jakarta Selatan
**Responsibilities**:
- Supports the HR Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the human resources department.
- Managing recruitment & onboarding, employee engagement, training development, industrial relations, HR Administration, and HR policy & compliance implementation within the company.
- Ensures that HR practices align with the organization’s strategic goals and labor regulations
- Assist HR Manager to develop and manage effective industrial relations strategies (ensuring compliance with labor regulations, facilitating communication between management and employees, and handling disputes and negotiations).
- Any other tasks / projects that may be assigned from time to time
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist, preferably 5 years of experience
- Certified Human Resources Management Professional (CHRMP) certification.
- Fluent in English both oral and written.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedure.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and government regulations.
- Strong negotiation and mediation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
