- Implement, and oversee performance management systems and processes.
- Ensure regular performance evaluations and alignment with organizational goals
- Provide guidance to managers on performance management implementation
**People Development**
- Identify training and development needs across the organization
- Develop and execute learning programs, leadership development initiatives, and career progression plans
- Collaborate with teams to nurture a culture of continuous learning
**Employee Engagement**
- Create and implement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and morale
- Organize engagement activities and initiatives that align with company values
- Act as a key point of contact for employee feedback and advocate for employee well-being
- Minimum Qualifications: >5 years of experience in related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in HR management, with a focus on performance management, people development, and engagement
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A strategic thinker with a proactive and results-driven approach
- Consulting experience in Human Capital area is an advantage
- Willing to be based in Tangerang area
