**Who are we looking for?**
You are a great problem solver who is entrepreneurial, an out-of-the-box thinker, and excited about ensuring that the desired process is created and followed in letter and spirit while managing the interests and objectives of various stakeholders, which may at times be overwhelmingly complex.
**What will you do?**
- Identify & evaluate opportunities, analyze and present recommendations based on strategic fit, partnership structure, and ways of working with Banks, Payment Gateways
- Negotiate attractive partnership deals and ensure mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy
- Drive all stages of the partnership including origination, opportunity identification, partnership agreement, bringing stakeholders together, program management, and execution
- Recruit, train & manage a team of Partnership Associates
- Define, adapt, and implement the business processes and measure their effectiveness to improve further
- Develop metrics to measure ROI from partnerships.
- Maintain a good relationship with internal and external entities
**Requirements**:
**What you should have**
- Bachelor’s degree and MBA from a premier university
- An experience of 5-8 years working with a Fintech industry in a similar profile
- Excellent written & oral communication, presentation & interpersonal skills with an ability to influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- You have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and can think outside the box to proactively provide the right solution
- Ability to develop clear & concise documentation, project management
- Goal-oriented, assertive, and a hands-on, problem solver
