DESIGNATION : HR Analytics & OD Associate

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Memberikan saran dan input dalam perkembangan organisasi serta berinisiatif untuk menganalisa desain organisasi dan kebutuhan lainnya
- Memastikan target yang sudah diberikan dapat mendukung pengembangan secara personal serta sesuai dengan arahan organisasi
- Fokus kepada kolaborasi, cara berpikir, customer-focused serta inisiatif tinggi dalam melakukan kinerja yang berkaitan dengan OD
- Mengelola sistem manajemen kinerja karyawan yang meliputi penetapan target dan evaluasi kinerja karyawan dalam periode tertentu
- Memberikan masukan kepada Unit Head terkait kebutuhan organisasi, teknologi atau tools yang digunakan serta roadmap untuk HR strategic function
- Monitor pengaturan proses Manajemen Kinerja dan memperbaharui tujuan kinerja serta objektif nya sesuai dengan arahan strategi bisnis berdasarkan hasil diskusi dengan Corporate Strategy Unit
- Membantu Recruitment and Other Unit in HCM GA Division untuk menentukan MCJ/MCP (Mission Critical Job/Mission Critical Person) berdasarkan target bisnis dan model organisasi masa depan yang diharapkan dan mengidentifikasi posisi (Job Title) serta strategi pengisian (suksesi/rotasi internal, rekrutmen eksternal, lainnya).
- Melakukan analisis terhadap struktur organisasi, rincian jabatan, dan jumlah pegawai yang dibutuhkan untuk mendapatkan struktur yang paling optimal dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi
- Memberikan rekomendasi terkait job band/grading untuk menentukan tanggung jawab masing-masing jabatan yang akan digunakan
- Menganalisa desain organisasi termasuk sistem leveling, merancang jenjang karir, dan kompetensi teknis sesuai dengan isu dan tujuan organisasi untuk meningkatkan efektivitas perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuan.
- Bersama dengan Unit Head dalam menyusun rencana pemenuhan karyawan (manpower planning) dan berkolaborasi dengan tim TM terkait jumlah karyawan agar TM dapat menyusun biaya tenaga kerja sesuai dengan rencana yang telah ditetapkan.
- Menganalisis dan menghitung kebutuhan tenaga kerja berdasarkan desain organisasi yang telah ditentukan untuk memastikan kebutuhan tenaga kerja sejalan dengan peningkatan produktivitas organisasi
- HR Analytic : Memonitor pengembangan dan proses pembuatan HR dashboard yang mudah digunakan untuk memantau Demografi, KPI dan metrik lainnya
- HR Analytic : Menggunakan data dan analisis untuk meningkatkan keputusan dan strategi sumber daya manusia (SDM), mendukung berbagai fungsi SDM seperti perekrutan, retensi, pengembangan karyawan, dan produktivitas kerja
- Memenuhi risiko/temuan audit
- Memastikan tim/kolega terinformasi dan terbiasa untuk mendukung tata kelola perusahaan yang baik dalam area kerja mereka masing-masing
- Membantu Unit Head dalam menetapkan target dan evaluasi kinerja karyawan dalam periode tertentu sesuai dengan standar kinerja yang telah ditentukan untuk memastikan produktivitas dan efisiensi.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Pengalaman kerja mínimal 3 tahun di bidang pengembangan organisasi
- Pengalaman dalam merancang dan mengimplementasikan ide dan program pengembangan organisasi
- Kemampuan untuk mengelola resistensi terhadap perubahan dan memastikan keberhasilan implementasi perubahan
- Pengalaman melakukan analisis organisasi, termasuk analisis kebutuhan, penilaian kinerja, dan identifikasi area untuk perbaikan
- Pengalaman mengelola hubungan karyawan dan menangani konflik di tempat kerja
- Gelar Sarjana (S1) di bidang Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia, Psikologi, Administrasi Bisnis, atau bidang terkait
- Pengalaman kerja mínimal 3 tahun di bidang pengembangan organisasi
- Pengalaman dalam bekerja dengan berbagai tingkat manajemen dan karyawan di organisasi yang berbeda
