**Job Description**:
The Solution Consultant supports sales productivity and deal flow by securing the business process and technical aspect in complex solutions. He/she will assist Sales team and Partners to drive the sales by designing an integrated solution within Advotics’ system to seamlessly meet the customer’s business objective. The individual should have a strong understanding of large-scale Supply chain solutions and have a vast technical skills knowledge. He/she should demonstrate the ability to think strategically about business, product and technical challenges when driving deep-dive requirement gathering and design exercises along with customers and partners to develop proposal on Advotics’ enterprise solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assists the sales team in opportunity qualification for any IT solution
- Demonstrate complete understanding of all technical and operational aspects of the sales process
- Assessing customer’s IT needs or pain-points, gathering detailed requirements and service level target that customer’s what to achieve
- Produce technical proposal design for RFPs / RFQs based on assessment
- Setting up to present products or solution
- Coordinate with internal (Product, Engineer, Operations, etc) and external (vendor, customers, partners, etc) to finalize the specifications of customer project
- Interacts with senior management / executives pertaining to functional areas and/or customers
- Provides advise to internal and external clients on overall architect solutions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge and expertise in Advotics’ solutions

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years of presales experience or similar
- Common enterprise software solutions and industry (manufacturing, supply chain) knowledge are required
- Exhibits excellent verbal and written communication skills: needs analysis, positioning, business justification, closing techniques. Must be able to persuade others through presentations, demonstrations, and written communication
- Effective writing and presentation skills: ability to support the development of technically focused, solutions-oriented sales proposals
- Experienced handling implementation of Saas or on-premise system, preferably related to supply chain area
- Highly motivated and self-directed with the ability to work well both independently and as a proactive team member
- Strong team player with an intense focus on customer success
- Flexibility, attention to details, and commitment to deadlines
- English; fluent
