**Description**:
We're looking for an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily administrative operations of our Jakarta office.

This role is pivotal in ensuring our office environment is efficient, well-coordinated, and conducive to productivity, reflecting our dynamic and innovative culture.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for office management duties, including maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, errands, and shopping. Organize and optimize the office layout, ordering stationery and equipment as needed. Maintain office conditions and manage necessary repairs. Collaborate with HR to update and maintain office policies. Streamline office operations and procedures for maximum efficiency. Coordinate with the IT department on office equipment needs and maintenance. Manage the office's general and administrative budget, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. Provide general support to visitors and address employee queries related to office management (e.g., stationery, hardware, and travel arrangements). Liaise with external vendors for facility management, including cleaning, catering, and security services. Manage business travel arrangements, including ticket purchases and accommodation planning. Assist relocating team members by liaising with relocation agents.
- Plan and coordinate in-house or off-site activities, such as parties, celebrations, and conferences.

**Skills, Knowledge & Expertise**:
Exceptional English Proficiency: Fluent in written and spoken English, crucial for our international business setting.

Experience in International Business: Demonstrated experience in a multicultural business environment, understanding different cultural practices. Event Management Skills: Capable of organising and managing corporate events, showing attention to detail and creativity. Strong Organisational Skills: Efficient in managing multiple tasks, prioritising effectively in a dynamic work setting. Effective Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse staff levels and external partners, promoting a collaborative workplace. Problem-Solving Aptitude: Identifying and resolving issues promptly and effectively. Adaptability and Flexibility: Ready to adapt to new challenges and changes in the workplace. Tech Proficiency: Comfortable with using various technology tools and platforms, and able to learn new software quickly. Budget Management: Experience in managing budgets, with a focus on cost-effective solutions. Health and Safety Knowledge: Aware of health and safety practices to maintain a compliant and safe work environment.
