**- Mentor assigned territory on partnership expansion and understand our current partnership processes
- Do deep and high level penetration of each partner
- Execute and structure deals to create a mutually beneficial partnership
- Create a roadmap of strategic partnership plan
- Identify new opportunities based on our growing product offering roadmap
- Manage, maintain, monitor, and enhance partner relationship
- Lead on negotiation regarding price - tangible and intangible
- Formalize the process and standardizing processes as well as documentation
- Report on partner growth for our future analysis

**Job Qualifications**:

- You have held a managerial position for at least 2 years and min 3 years in partnership role
- If you’ve worked for high growth financial startup and are comfortable with API’s is a plus
- Active, hungry, good at negotiation kind of person
- Have a great attention to detail
- Experience in money transfer business is an added value
- Understanding in BI compliances is an added value
- High responsibility with solution minded attitude is a must
- Are an exceptional communicator and work well with cross-functional teams
- You thrive autonomy and have proven you can push towards a goal by yourself
