Ikhtisar Pekerjaan:
Seorang Business Development & Partnership (B2B Sales) bertanggung jawab untuk mengembangkan peluang bisnis baru, membangun serta menjaga hubungan dengan mitra bisnis, dan meningkatkan pendapatan perusahaan melalui strategi penjualan yang efektif di sektor Business-to-Business (B2B).
Kualifikasi Umum:
- Pria / Wanita
- Pengalaman di bidang sales, business development, atau partnership minimal 2-3 tahun terutama di bidang EduTech
- Gelar Sarjana (minimal Strata1 atau S1) di bidang terkait dengan IPK min. 3.4
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, negosiasi, dan presentasi yang baik
- Mampu bekerja dengan target dan KPI yang telah ditentukan
- Memiliki kemampuan kepemimpinan, komunikasi, berpikir analitis, dan pemecahan masalah yang kuat
- Pemahaman mengenai strategi pemasaran, analisis pasar, dan pengelolaan mitra bisnis
- Kemampuan menggunakan CRM tools dan data analytics menjadi nilai tambah
- Bersedia ditempatkan di Yogyakarta
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan:
- Melakukan pendekatan kepada calon customer baik B2C, B2B, maupun B2G (diutamakan di B2B dan B2G)
- Penjualan dan Akuisisi Pelanggan
- Mengidentifikasi peluang penjualan baru dan mengembangkan strategi akuisisi pelanggan
- Membangun dan memelihara hubungan yang positif dengan pelanggan yang ada
- Menyusun dan menyajikan penawaran penjualan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pelanggan
- Menawarkan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan efektivitas penjualan dan kepuasan pelanggan.
