Job Role:

Manage and nurture relationships with assigned channel partners. You'll be the main point of contact, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring partner satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
  • Identify potential new growth opportunities with the existing partners
  • Provide product knowledge and support to partners.
  • Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure timely communication.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Assist in developing sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
  • Understanding of IT products and services, familiarity with the company's product line, and knowledge of the IT distribution industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • ​ 1-3 years of relevant experience in sales or account management.
