**Job Role**:
Manage and nurture relationships with assigned channel partners. You'll be the main point of contact, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring partner satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
- Identify potential new growth opportunities with the existing partners
- Provide product knowledge and support to partners.
- Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure timely communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Assist in developing sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**:
Knowledge:

- Understanding of IT products and services, familiarity with the company's product line, and knowledge of the IT distribution industry.

**Skills**:

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

**Experience**:

- 1-3 years of relevant experience in sales or account management.
