Kami adalah perusahaan yang sedang mengembangkan proyek resort eksklusif di Nusa Lembongan – sebuah pulau tropis yang indah dan sedang berkembang pesat sebagai destinasi wisata premium. Saat ini kami mencari seorang SITE Coordinator yang berpengalaman, berdedikasi, dan siap bekerja di lapangan untuk memastikan kelancaran pelaksanaan proyek dari awal hingga selesai.

Nusa Lembongan, Bali, Indonesia

�� Posisi:

SITE Coordinator (Koordinator Lapangan) – Full-time

Tanggung Jawab:

· Mengawasi pelaksanaan proyek pembangunan resort di lapangan sesuai dengan timeline, standar kualitas, dan anggaran.

· Menjadi penghubung utama antara tim lapangan, kontraktor, konsultan arsitektur, manajemen proyek, serta pemilik proyek.

· Memastikan seluruh pekerjaan konstruksi dilakukan sesuai dengan gambar kerja dan spesifikasi teknis.

· Memantau kebutuhan material, logistik, dan distribusi alat kerja di lapangan.

· Menyusun laporan harian/mingguan terkait progres proyek dan permasalahan lapangan.

· Menjaga komunikasi yang efektif dan profesional dengan semua pihak terkait.

· Menjaga standar keselamatan dan kebersihan kerja (K3) di lapangan.

�� Kualifikasi:

· Minimal pendidikan D3/S1 Teknik Sipil, Arsitektur, atau bidang terkait.

· Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun dalam proyek konstruksi atau pengembangan properti (pengalaman di proyek resort/hospitality menjadi nilai tambah).

· Memiliki kemampuan manajemen lapangan yang baik, tegas namun komunikatif.

· Terbiasa menangani vendor, kontraktor, dan tim teknis.

· Mampu membaca dan memahami gambar teknik/arsitektur dengan baik.

· Bersedia tinggal atau relokasi sementara ke Nusa Lembongan selama masa proyek.

· Disiplin, detail, bertanggung jawab, dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan.

· Menguasai Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) dan aplikasi proyek seperti AutoCAD/SketchUp (nilai tambah).

· Diutamakan yang bisa segera bergabung.
