POSITION: Site Architect / Project Engineer (Experienced Junior Level — Urgent Hire)

We're looking for an 
experienced junior
 — someone with real site exposure, 3–5 years in the field, and the discipline to keep projects moving.

Not senior, not a manager — but someone who already knows how a site works and can take ownership of day-to-day coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Visit project sites in Bali & Lombok to ensure work follows drawings and specifications
  • Coordinate with contractors and solve basic site issues independently
  • Check BOQs against actual material usage and flag inconsistencies
  • Identify mistakes early and document them clearly
  • Produce structured daily/weekly site reports (progress, photos, measurements)
  • Support the Lead Architect with technical details and drawing follow-ups
  • Communicate in English with internal teams and suppliers

Requirements

  • Indonesian citizen
  • Fluent English (written & spoken)
  • 3–5 years experience in architecture, engineering, or construction
  • Confident reading drawings (architectural + structural)
  • Strong attention to detail and accountability
  • Able to relocate to Bali (role needed urgently)
  • Comfortable being on site regularly and working with contractors

Nice to Have

  • Experience in villas or hospitality projects
  • Basic AutoCAD/SketchUp
  • Familiarity with QC and reporting workflows
