About the role

Kastawan architects' is seeking an exceptional Architect to join our highly talented team in our Denpasar, Bali office. As a full-time Architect, you will play a pivotal role in the design and delivery of innovative architectural projects that reflect our company's commitment to sustainability and excellence.

What you'll be doing

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and develop cutting-edge architectural solutions
  • Prepare detailed design drawings, 3D models, and other technical documentation to support project implementation
  • Conduct site visits, gather project requirements, and provide technical expertise to clients
  • Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sustainable design strategies
  • Participate in project management activities, including budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder communication
  • Mentor and guide junior members of the design team

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Architecture or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a practicing Architect, preferably in a similar role
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong technical knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and sustainability principles
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Passion for creating innovative and sustainable architectural designs
