We're Hiring: Technical Support / Technical Sales (Civil Engineering / Construction)

At Altarize Materials, we're building a new generation of construction materials made from natural, upcycled, and non-toxic resources. Our goal is to replace the high-energy, cement-heavy materials that dominate the industry with healthier, regenerative alternatives that are accessible, affordable, and scalable.

In just four years, we've contributed to 400+ projects, created nearly 200 jobs, and expanded from Bali to Lombok and Thailand. As we grow, we're looking for a Technical Support / Technical Sales Specialist who can bridge the gap between engineering, product performance, and client success.


Who We're Looking For

A technically strong, people-oriented problem solver who understands construction from the ground up and can communicate its complexities in a clear, friendly way.

You're perfect for this role if you:

Have a background in civil engineering, architecture, construction, or materials

Enjoy helping clients understand technical details and real-world applications

Can translate engineering language into practical guidance for contractors + installers

Are confident meeting clients and can speak English clearly and professionally

Have a good eye for materials, surface conditions, and construction methods

Love solving problems and supporting teams on and off site

Believe in healthier, eco-friendly construction and want to make an impact


Your Responsibilities

Provide technical guidance to clients, architects, and contractors

Conduct product demos and explain installation systems, performance, and best practices

Support clients throughout pre-installation, installation, and post-installation phases

Work closely with the project and production teams to ensure successful execution

Visit job sites to troubleshoot issues and verify technical requirements

Prepare technical documents, specifications, and reports when needed

Help clients choose the best Altarize materials for their project requirements

Represent Altarize as a trusted technical expert in meetings and presentations
