Customer Success professional
to support hotel partners in successfully adopting and maximizing the value of our guest experience platform.

This role focuses on customer onboarding, adoption, and ongoing support, working closely with hotels to ensure smooth implementation and long-term success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong understanding of the guest experience platform and related third-party tools to support customers with integrations and usage.
  • Work closely with customers during onboarding and migration, including gathering technical information, aligning implementation steps, recommending appropriate approaches, and supporting product launch.
  • Provide customer support during onboarding to ensure a smooth transition and address technical or operational questions.
  • Track customer deployment and product adoption, measuring usage and satisfaction and reporting insights to the management team.
  • Proactively communicate product features and updates to help customers make effective use of the platform.
  • Collect, document, and follow up on customer requests, requirements, and escalations, ensuring feedback is communicated internally.
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports on customer status, product usage, and feature adoption to support data-driven decision making.

Requirements

  • Professional proficiency in
    English and Bahasa Indonesia
    (written and verbal).
  • Minimum 4 years of experience
    in customer success, account management, or related roles within hospitality, technology, or SaaS environments.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and learn company-specific systems and integrations.
  • Experience supporting customer onboarding, migrations, or implementation processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze information and recommend practical solutions.
  • Ability to work proactively with customers and internal teams to ensure a positive onboarding experience.
  • Analytical skills to track customer adoption, usage, and satisfaction using defined metrics.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail when documenting customer needs and coordinating with internal teams.
  • Experience preparing regular operational or performance reports for management.
