Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Denpasar. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, maintaining customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves delivering training sessions, managing sales processes, and contributing to team performance to achieve business objectives.

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Sales and Sales Management
  • Ability to conduct Training and skill development sessions
  • Proven ability to build relationships with clients and foster customer loyalty
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Previous experience in the insurance or financial sector is an advantage
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales/marketing software
