Job description

The ideal candidate will oversee the online marketing strategy for the organization by planning and executing digital marketing campaigns. This candidate will create content and launch advertisements to increase brand awareness. We are looking for a talented Social Media Advertising Specialist to join our team and drive successful advertising campaigns across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop engaging and high-quality content (posts, images, videos, infographics) for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok).
  • Social Media Advertising: Plan, execute, and manage paid social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.

Requirements :

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in social media advertising and content creation.
  • Skills: Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite), and video editing tools.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for both organic and paid content.
  • Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative content ideas that resonate with our target audience.
  • Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize campaigns for better performance.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
  • Understanding B2B and B2C Social Media Marketing is a plus point
