Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Experience Specialist based in Denpasar. The responsibilities include providing exceptional customer support, addressing customer queries, and resolving issues efficiently to ensure a positive customer experience. Qualifications

  • Customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze customer feedback and identify actionable insights
  • Proficiency in multitasking, time management, and organization
  • Technical proficiency in using CRM tools and software
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus
  • Experience in customer support roles is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
