Role Description

This is a full-time position for a Visa Specialist based in Bali, Indonesia. The Visa Specialist will manage visa application processes, ensuring compliance with Indonesian regulations while providing comprehensive support to clients. Daily responsibilities include liaising with government agencies, preparing and reviewing application documentation, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring timely application submissions. The role requires high attention to detail, excellent communication with clients from diverse backgrounds, and the ability to stay updated on evolving visa regulations and policies.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of visa application processes, immigration regulations, and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks, including documentation preparation, review, and submission for visa and permit applications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service, catering to clients from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, preferably with proficiency in English. Knowledge of any other language is a plus.
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills to handle client concerns and ensure timely processing.
  • Proficiency in using office software, databases, and digital communication tools to facilitate visa processing tasks.
  • Relevant experience in visa processing, immigration consultancy, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • A diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as International Relations, Tourism, Administration, or a related discipline is beneficial.
