Visa & Immigration Specialist
who is detail-oriented, reliable, and confident handling immigration and corporate registration processes in Indonesia.

This is a key position supporting both our legal and operations teams. You'll work closely with government agencies, notaries, and clients to ensure applications are completed accurately, deadlines are met, and compliance is maintained throughout.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Handling visa applications (e.g., KITAS, KITAP), stay permits, and related documentation
  • Coordinating with immigration offices, BKPM, notaries, and other relevant authorities
  • Ensuring all immigration and legal procedures are compliant with current regulations
  • Keeping internal records organized and tracking timelines for each case
  • Acting as a point of contact for clients on all visa and registration matters

Who We're Looking For

  • Minimum
    3 years of experience
    in immigration or legal administration in Indonesia
  • Bachelor's degree in law, business administration, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of local visa types, stay permits, and company registration requirements
  • Comfortable working with government agencies and handling follow-ups
  • Organized and detail-focused, with the ability to juggle multiple processes
  • Good communication skills in
    Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Proficient with Google workspace and familiar with OSS and immigration systems
