Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in LYD Central Office at Batu Belig area for a Social Media Coordinator. The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for creating and managing high-quality social media content, executing social media marketing strategies, and analyzing performance metrics. Daily tasks include engaging with online communities, writing compelling social media captions, scheduling posts, and collaborating with team members to ensure alignment with the brand's voice and goals. The role will require a strong understanding of digital marketing trends and audience engagement techniques.

What You Will Do:

  • Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social platforms
  • Plan and manage the monthly content calendar for all LYD venues
  • Capture real-time content from events, venues, and daily operations
  • Edit short-form videos, photos, and reels aligned with LYD brand identity
  • Monitor trends, hashtags, and viral opportunities to boost visibility
  • Collaborate with venue teams for content ideas and campaigns
  • Assist with influencer and partnership coordination
  • Track performance metrics and create weekly/monthly reports

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong passion for social media, storytelling, and visual communication
  • Skilled in photo and video editing (CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar)
  • Understanding of hospitality, nightlife, F&B, and lifestyle content styles
  • Creative thinker with an eye for aesthetics and brand personality
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Able to work flexible hours, especially during events or peak times
  • Experience in social media or marketing is a strong plus
  • Fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome to apply
