We are looking for a talented Social Media Marketer with a passion for social media, to join our growing in-house marketing team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be overseeing the social media strategy at BaliSwim across content, graphics, community, special projects and collaborations.

The Social Media Marketer will have ownership of the day-to-day content calendar and will be working collaboratively with our marketing team to create captivating and engaging digital content for our social channels paid platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the marketing department in developing social media marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Consistently check on campaign execution and brand growth
  • Conduct market research on the latest social media trends, emerge platforms and consumers preferences
  • Create, manage and maintain the social media content plan, including scheduling posts for the company's social media platforms
  • Working collaboratively with related departments to develop content that has consistent messaging and branding across all platforms
  • Shooting, editing and producing photo & video content for social media platforms
  • Creative direction and styling for photo & videography for social media platforms
  • Brainstorming and storyboarding of content ideas
  • Analyze the company's current social media strategy to identify strategic weaknesses to make recommendations for improvements
  • Maintain interaction with customers and audiences via the company's social media platforms

Requirements

  • Knowledge and interest in all social media platforms.
  • Strong experience with social media publishing and analytics tools.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to think proactively and prioritise multiple projects.
  • Able to build strong working relationships across teams and business units.
  • Strong visual & styling skills, with a good eye for aesthetics, use of colour, lighting and shot composition.
  • Advanced knowledge of design software.
  • Understanding of content creation across all aspects of digital marketing, including social media (organic & paid)
  • Excellent understanding of video and photo editing.
  • Be informed on emerging fashion trends and developments as well as social communities.
  • Be informed on and able to execute best practice across all social media platforms.
  • Strong sense of initiative, a collaborative spirit and an ability to work independent.
  • Demonstrated experience creating Instagram Reels.
