Role Description

This is a contract role for a Site Project Manager, based on-site in Denpasar. The Site Project Manager will oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and up to quality standards. The responsibilities include managing resources, coordinating with subcontractors and teams, monitoring project progress, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Effective communication with stakeholders and problem-solving are essential to ensure project success.

Qualifications

  • Strong abilities in Project Management with proficiency in planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Experience in Expediting and Expeditor roles, ensuring timely delivery of materials and coordination with suppliers
  • Skilled in Inspection and ensuring adherence to project specifications and quality standards
  • Proficient in Logistics Management, including organizing and overseeing the transportation, storage, and delivery of materials
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • certifications in project management are advantageous
  • Experience in large-scale construction projects is a plus (Min 5 years experience)
