Opportunity Snapshot

Nest Collective is nearing completion on an exclusive project of five luxury villas in Uluwatu, Bali. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced 
Site Project Manager
 to take the reins for the final critical phase. This role requires daily on-site presence to ensure the highest standards of quality control and maintain aggressive construction timelines.

The project is approximately 
80% complete
 and is expected to finalize within the next four months.

Key Responsibilities

  • Quality Control & Compliance:
     Conduct daily inspections of all on-site work to ensure strict adherence to architectural plans, specifications, and international quality standards.
  • Time Management & Acceleration:
     Proactively manage the construction schedule to prevent delays and actively seek clever solutions to expedite progress and meet the final deadline.
  • Procurement & Logistics:
     Take initiative to identify immediate material and tool shortages, and coordinate their urgent procurement and delivery to prevent worker downtime.
  • Site Organization:
     Maintain a highly organized and safe construction environment, ensuring proper storage of materials and efficient workflow.
  • Reporting & Communication:
     Provide clear, frequent, and detailed progress reports (daily/weekly) to the Nest Collective management team.

  • Proven Experience:
     Demonstrated experience in managing construction projects, ideally in Bali or Southeast Asia.
  • Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented:
     Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and quality checklists simultaneously.
  • Proactive & Initiative-Driven:
     Someone who anticipates problems (logistical, supply, labor) before they occur and immediately proposes solutions.
  • Clever & Resourceful:
     A problem-solver with a track record of effective on-site decision-making.
