Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role for a Construction Project Manager based in Denpasar. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for planning and overseeing construction projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include managing project schedules, coordinating with contractors and stakeholders, budgeting, supervising construction activities, and ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Construction Project Management and General Project Management
  • Experience in Project Coordination and Construction Management
  • Minimum 5 years experience in large scale projects
  • Experience in hotel, villa and resort development projects is a plus
  • Proficiency in Budgeting and cost control
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to lead and manage teams effectively
  • Familiarity with safety and regulatory compliance in construction projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Relevant certifications, such as PMP (Project Management Professional), are a plus
