About the role

As the Site Manager at PT. Jaya Adi Yoda Artha', you will play a vital role in overseeing and coordinating all on-site construction activities for the company's projects in Denpasar, Bali. Reporting directly to the Project Management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of construction work, adhering to project timelines, budgets and quality standards. This is a full-time position based in Denpasar.

What you'll be doing

  1. Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities, including the management of subcontractors and tradespeople
  2. Develop and implement detailed project plans, schedules and resource allocations to meet project objectives
  3. Monitor and report on construction progress, identifying and resolving any issues or delays in a timely manner
  4. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
  5. Liaise closely with the project management team, clients and other stakeholders to provide regular updates and address concerns
  6. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficient construction methodologies
  7. Manage the site team, providing guidance, training and performance feedback as needed

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Site Manager or in a similar construction supervisory role
  2. Strong working knowledge of construction methods, materials, equipment and relevant regulations
  3. Excellent organizational, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  4. Ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget
  5. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  6. Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, drawings and specifications
  7. Tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as Construction Management or Civil Engineering
