Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) construction projects.
  • Able to read and interpret construction drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and project management software.
  • Good understanding of technical standards, construction methods, and HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) procedures.
  • Detail-oriented, disciplined, communicative, and willing to be assigned on site.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Conduct management on site to ensure all works comply with drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
  • Prepare and review shop drawings and as-built drawings, ensuring all field changes are properly documented.
  • Perform measurement and quantity take-off as the basis for progress reports and payment claims.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering progress updates, issues, and material/manpower requirements.
  • Coordinate with the Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor, and to synchronize field activities.
  • Supervise subcontractors and field technicians to ensure work quality meets project standards and schedules.
  • Conduct inspections and quality control before handing over work to teams or the supervising consultant.
  • Prepare technical administrative documents such as Work Completion Reports, inspection reports, and testing & commissioning documents.
  • Identify potential Variation Orders (VO) and coordinate with the QS team for additional cost and time analysis.
  • Ensure all onsite activities comply with safety standards.
