We're looking for passionate and reliable Interior Project Team who can turn design concepts into well-executed, high-quality spaces.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute interior design projects from concept to completion.
  • Collaborate with designers and vendors to ensure design intent is maintained.
  • Manage project timelines, site coordination, and communication with vendors.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure progress, quality, and adherence to design standards.
  • Prepare and review technical drawings, BOQ, and material specifications.
  • Support documentation and reporting for project updates.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in interior project implementation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
  • Strong understanding of interior materials, furniture production, and site processes.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Able to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written is a plus).
