Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide overall leadership and coordination of the project's planning and implementation activities.
  • Ensure effective collaboration and integrated progress reporting among project teams, consultants, and partners.
  • Oversee the development of Integrated Community Landscape Plans (ICLPs) in collaboration with field staff, experts, and senior advisors.
  • Prepare and submit annual work plans, budgets, and progress reports for review and approval by oversight committees.
  • Coordinate and supervise project personnel, consultants, and service providers, including drafting Terms of Reference and monitoring performance.
  • Ensure the quality and timeliness of project outputs and deliverables.
  • Maintain strong communication and coordination with key stakeholders at national and site levels.
  • Ensure adherence to Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) frameworks, and integrate gender equity and social inclusion considerations across project activities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in environmental sciences, natural resource management, development studies, or a related field. A Master's degree is an advantage.
  • Experience: At least 7 years of progressive experience in project management within the environmental, conservation, or development sectors, preferably in NGOs or international development programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects involving government, community, and private sector partners.
  • Proven experience in budget management, reporting, and monitoring & evaluation.
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Strong familiarity with government systems, donor-funded projects, and community engagement approaches in Indonesia.
  • Understanding of gender, social inclusion, and local socio-cultural dynamics in conservation or livelihood projects.
