About Us

Support Studio is an outsourcing company based in Bali that connects talented professionals with architecture and design firms in Australia. We work closely with our clients to provide high-quality design support and documentation services.

We are looking for an Operation Coordinator with an architecture background and strong leadership experience to help manage our design operations and support our international workflow.

This role is ideal for someone who has led a team before whether as a supervisor, team leader, project leader, or coordinator and is confident guiding others while maintaining smooth communication with clients in Australia.

What you will do:

  • Lead and coordinate the Bali team
  • Support the technical interview process and evaluate candidates based on architectural understanding.
  • Ensure a smooth and well-managed onboarding process for new hires.
  • Maintain structured communication with clients in Australia and handle updates professionally.
  • Oversee project handovers, task distribution, and daily operational workflows.
  • Monitor performance, provide feedback, and help improve internal processes.
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and operational insights for management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Architecture
    , Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years in a leadership, supervisory, or team coordinator role.
  • Strong understanding of architectural drawings and design workflow.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Confident, proactive, structured, and able to lead people effectively.
  • Experience in operations or project management is an advantage.
