Marketing Coordinator (FINNS Beach Club)

FINNS Beach Club is looking for a Marketing Coordinator. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our marketing operations by managing daily administrative tasks, assisting the Senior Marketing Manager, and collaborating closely with the Marketing Executive.

Nestled along the breathtaking Bali coastline, we provide a one-of-a-kind party atmosphere that leaves our guests craving for more.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all online and offline promotional materials to ensure they are up-to-date at all times.
  • Maintain and organize marketing files, administrative documentation and Monday boards.
  • Assist in planning and executing PR events, press conferences, and media outreach activities.
  • Update marketing platforms with high-quality images weekly.
  • Select and organize visual content that aligns with all our brands' guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and accuracy across materials.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns and marketing activation events.
  • Oversee the marketing team's collaboration tools , Google Calendar).
  • Participate in photo/video shoots whenever needed.
  • Assist with entering invoices into NetSuite and managing the Purchasing Board to ensure accurate and timely processing.

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience in marketing or a similar role.
  • Strong eye for design and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability.
  • Able to adapt and excel in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines efficiently.
  • Great level of English, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness to work on public holidays and weekends if needed.
  • Proficiency in software and tools like Google Docs, Excel, Google Drive.
  • Quick to learn and adapt to new software tools (e.g., NetSuite, ).
