Futurify Marketing International is a fast-growing marketing agency looking for a dynamic and client-driven Account Manager to oversee client relationships and lead the execution of marketing campaigns.
As an Account Manager, you will act as the bridge between clients and our internal creative, digital, and production teams—ensuring every project is delivered on time, on brand, and beyond expectations.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, loves problem-solving, and enjoys building strong client connections.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Build strong, long-term partnerships by understanding client goals and challenges.
- Present proposals, campaign ideas, and performance reports.
- Ensure clients feel supported and valued throughout all project phases.
- Lead end-to-end management of marketing campaigns (digital, social media, branding, events, content, etc.).
- Translate client briefs into clear tasks and timelines for internal teams.
- Work closely with creative, strategy, digital, and production teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables to keep projects on track.
- Participate in brainstorming and strategic discussions to shape campaign approaches.
- Analyze campaign performance data and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to improve client results and agency value.
- Spot opportunities for additional services that benefit clients (e.g., social ads, influencer marketing, brand design).
- Support proposal development and pitch presentations.
- Drive account health by meeting revenue and retention targets.
- Prepare timeline sheets, status reports, client updates, and final campaign reports.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and internal communication.
- Ensure full alignment between client expectations and agency capabilities.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Experience:
- 2–5 years in account management in a marketing agency, creative agency, or digital agency.
- Experience managing multiple accounts and tight deadlines.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to understand creative work and digital marketing concepts.
- Problem-solving mindset and high attention to detail.
- Familiar with marketing tools, CRM systems, and project management platforms.
Personal Qualities:
