Client Management & Relationship Building
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts (hospitality, lifestyle, F&B, and events)
- Build long-term client relationships based on trust, results, and proactive communication.
- Understand client business models, target markets, and unique challenges to tailor strategies.
Campaign Planning & Strategy
- Translate client briefs into actionable marketing strategies with clear deliverables.
- Work with internal Creative, Digital, and Project Coordination teams to plan and execute campaigns.
- Ensure campaigns integrate across channels: paid digital, social media, PR, content, and activations.
- Manage campaign budgets and timelines, ensuring efficiency and ROI.
Execution & Coordination
- Lead internal kick-off meetings to align creative, digital, and project teams.
- Monitor ongoing projects to ensure deliverables are on-brand, on-time, and meet objectives.
- Resolve issues and bottlenecks quickly, ensuring seamless execution.
Performance & Reporting
- Review campaign results with Marketing Intelligence team to prepare performance reports.
- Present insights and recommendations to clients regularly.
- Use data-driven feedback to refine strategies and improve results.
Growth & Business Development
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities (e.g., new campaigns, creative services, influencer partnerships).
- Support Marketing Director in pitching new accounts or renewal proposals.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to provide thought leadership to clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 4–6 years experience in agency account management (serving lifestyle, hospitality, or F&B clients preferred).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, creative production, and campaign workflows.
- Proven track record of building and managing multiple client accounts successfully.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
- Client-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
- Ability to translate client objectives into actionable campaigns.
- Business acumen with awareness of marketing ROI and commercial results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Client retention and satisfaction scores.
- Campaign delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Achievement of client KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions, sales).
- Account growth through upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
- Strength of client relationships (renewals, referrals, long-term partnerships).
